1. If our photographer comes to your event late, you will receive 200% of your money back guaranteed.

2. If our photographer shows up not properly attired for the occasion you will receive 200% of your money back guaranteed.

3. We guarantee that we will have back-up equipment on hand such as extra camera bodies, extra flashes, and extra studio lights (if included in your package) 

4.   We guarantee that we will help you with the coordination and planning of your special event such as working with your other vendors, and the planning of your event either through the event planning tools on our web site, and communication which is the key to an successful event. 

5.    We guarantee that our wedding photographers will deliver your CD within 4-6 weeks of your wedding. Any singles prints within 2 weeks after you inform us which pictures, you want us to order from the CD. Wedding books dependent on when you send back the photos numbers that you want in your book.    

We are however not responsible for unforeseen circumstances which may arise at no fault of Starr Productions such as "Acts of God". This is very, very rare in the wedding photography business, check out other photography companies, most won't even mention the word guarantee.

ALL GUARANTEES ARE VOID IF NO CONTRACT IS SUBMITTED OR IF BALANCE IS NOT PAID IN FULL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT.
